Bought a refurbished espresso maker in May, it was broken by September. Started calling early October.

It's now November and I've called a total of six times and they keep saying they'll call me to schedule pickup/repair. It's now November and I'm asking for help from a supervisor and "there are none here they will have to call you back later." My warranty is curiously up in November. I'm seriously wondering if they're trying to let it run out. Don't buy anything from these scam artists.

It's really a shame because it's a great machine. If they just offered good support maybe people would be happy.
