Purchased a Saeco Odea Go Coffee Machine just over a year ago for >$1000au.
The first time I plugged it in a hose blew(before my first cup). Spent over a month being repaired
The second time another hose blew (maybe same hose). Spent another month away.
The third time it went bang. This time they looked at it within a day and told me that they wouldn't repair it as it was not a warranty matter.
They now refuse to return the machine so that I can get a second opinion.
I contacted Saeco Head office in Melbourne, Australia but they were not interested.
